I really like the designs and art quality. It's really quite impresive! I love the shading and detail, and the nice linework.
The movements could use a little improvement, though. They were just a bit jerky.
Anyway. this was a nice little bit of restroom humor. Though, I'm looking forward to something a bit more ambitious with these characters and this style. :)

I really liked the background art (especially the hatching), and your animation is smooth and lively. I'm not big on the design for the boy or the background characters, but that's just a personal preference thing. I thought the clown looked great, though.
I really like clowns (creepy or otherwise) and dark humor, and this cartoon made me giggle quite a few times.
